Liquid Egg Products
NIVE produces, besides powdered egg products , liquid egg products. Most of the liquid products are produced for international sauce manufacturers and sweets producers. Apart from the standard products, NIVE also produces specialties and tailor made products. The tailor made products are designed in close cooperation with the clients.
Most of the liquid egg yolk produced at NIVE is used in the production of sauces. NIVE produces, apart from the standard egg yolk products, also a heatstable egg yolk called StableEgg® for clients that have a warm production process.

NIVE produces several types of products which have liquid whole egg as a basis. Also, NIVE produces products from all types of eggs: enriched cage, barn, free range and organic. Whole egg with sugar, salt or other additives are no problem for NIVE. Apart from the types of products, NIVE also produces Marks & Spencer accredited products.

For production of sweets, NIVE has a concentrated whole egg with sugar called Ovosucrol®. This product can be kept at ambient temperature and has a long shelf life.
